18th World Congress of Jewish Studies

Artist / Curator Dorit Jordan Dotan presented at the 18th World Congress of Jewish Studies in Jerusalem about the Jewish Art Salon, of which I am the founding director.

Dorit’s topic was “Radical New Initiatives in Contemporary Jewish Art”.

About 2,000 researchers from Israel and around the world attend the Congress to discuss their research at Hebrew University on Mount Scopus.

The August 8th session was part of a panel, “Jewish Discourse in Contemporary Art”, chaired by David Sperber, PhD.
